I use 1 scoop and then in my shaker I do 4-6 oz of 1% milk and about 2 oz of water. The shake I am making right now is too sweet for me. But I use ! scoop for every 8 oz of liquid. Chocolate Whey is yummy right now I am changing it up and tried a vanilla ice cream flavor and it is so good too!
