Thanks! The yoga looks great. I usually do the sun salutation after a long run. I'll have to incorporate some new moves in.

I've always been a fan of Men's Health Spartacus (just the free version, they have a paid version now). It is very leg and shoulder heavy, and I've always felt it improved my performance in the swim, but that's not saying much for me.
-
Traditionally I've done Spartacus 2 days per week. It's an HIIT program that is probably 50% bodyweight, 50% dumbells. I did it more when I was training for triathlons, but I noticed a lot of improvement in my running. That past couple of seasons though, I've switched to olympic lifting 2 days per week. The biggest thing…

I do half an apple per serving, with a tsp of butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and crushed mixed nuts. Add a soft boiled egg, and it's heaven in a bowl.

Freshly showered and oiled. With a side of taco meat.

Mmm, love that pigeon pose.

Man, not to feed the trolls here, but I felt the need to respond. 1) This is totally off-topic. If you want to rant about Curves start another feed. There is no need to distract this woman and responders from helpful information about exercise programs that don't require a rack. 2) The basis of your argument is false.…

You could try an Olympic lifting program. No rack required for that, though some folks like to supplement with isolated squats. I'm happy doing C&J, Snatch, and Deadlifts.

First - congrats on the running. I hardly ever break a 10 minute mile and when I do I'm ecstatic. Your pain sounds like it could be ITB related or maybe hip flexors (though I think they are more toward the front). With exercises, just remember that everything is connected, so you might be getting pain one place from a…

Just wanted to echo everybody's comments here. If you want to run - start running. Do C25K. Focus on running the speed that you need to run to complete the distance. Get some good shoes, and watch lots of YouTube videos on proper running form. It will go a long way towards easing the stress you put on your joints. Also -…

An offer like that from a guy like you? OMG yes!

I like your style sunn, not flirty per se, just being factual.
-
He is definitely calling her Satan...and @Badger_Girl99 - get over here and I'll tune you up. ;)
-
@Darklords I don't know how to flirt, but I'd learn for you.

I was vegan for about a decade, I'm ovo-lacto now (mostly because it's easier on my omni family). I also have a beard...so I'm not sure how that factors into the equation. But, feel free to add me.

...Do we just leave pants at the door?
-
@Wildflower0071 Completely uneventful until a moment ago. And yours?
-
@Wildflower0071 I'm speechless. I want to flirt, but only gibberish is coming out.

Glitter beard is gonna be a no for me, but I feel like I've got potato chip beard, ice cream beard, and peanut butter toast beard on lock down. So maybe those will get trendy sometime soon.

Hey gurl, I hear you always talking about liking stuff. I like stuff too...and stuff.

Didn't oil it today, so it's got some fly-aways. But...beard

Whenever you're ready to change that, let me know.
