Sometimes you need a dense snack. If your truly hungry then eat. But you may need to rework your meals. I was having a very similar problem and I wasn't getting enough protein. Try Wheat bread, boiled egg, yogurt with nuts and a fruit in the morning, followed by a 300-400 cal lunch. Also are you taking vitamins? That helps…
