Have one slice and exercise more when you get home. You shouldn't give it all up. Pizza is one of my favorite foods. I had a fast food burger and fries this weekend 1500 (my whole calarie intake) and did more exercise and it was all good.

My starting weight is 234.9. Melissa, would it be easier on you to email you or post the weight ins on each of our profiles? We can still post the weight here for everyone to see for those that are not friends with everyone in the group.

That is great. I was able to run 2 miles tonight on the treadmill in 24 minutes. My first in a long while. I'm hoping to do some 5K runs this summer.

Emily, I agree with gym_rat. You should talk to someone. You are a very pretty young girl and you should feel that way. Eat a couple of apples and treat yourself with a soda and you will have your calorie intake. Best of luck. By the way Ashleigh, great story.

Hi Valerie, welcome to MFP. It is a great tool in tracking what you eat. My wife did Weight Watcher for a while, and has since gained the weight back. I'm trying to get her to use a tool like this to track what she eats. Good Luck and remember friends are a great motivator, Todd

I like the motivation from friends and the information on health and exercise. Feel free to add me as a friend you feel that I can help. Good Luck.

I eat dry cereal for breakfeast, then 2 hours have another snack and drink my daily water in the morning. 2hours later I eat lunch and have a snack in the afternoon unless I'm busy. Your body will digest the food better if eating in small quantities.

This site is great. Instead of writing it down, put it in your food tracker. You will start noticing how many calories that you eat and can make adjustments. Before you know it you will be great at calculating calories that you eat. I have been doing since Jan 1, 2010 and lost 11 lbs and feel much better. I have a long way…

I have not tried it but my wife has, but has gained it back. This is a great tool in tracking what you eat and making adjustments. The best thing is to be aware of what you eat, drink lots of water, and exercise. I'm trying exercise Monday - Friday at least 30 minutes and eat under 1200 calories a day. I personally started…
