When I'm being good I usually don't eat much for dinner and it is usually before 6. When I stick to this plan, then I usually have a good morning on the scale. Yes, I know I shouldn't weigh myself every morning but it keeps me in check.

It worked out great for me. I had a relationship like that for almost 2 years. We were the best of friends and he set me up on dates, we were best friends with benifits. She is now wife of almost 17 years.

I have had the garmin 305 and works great. I got it with the foot pod for treadmill use. it is a cheaper alternative to the 405 plus it has a bigger screen to view all the fields. It is bulky but not heavy and does not feel bulky. I love it.

I work in Dallas but it would be hard to do during the weekday, but usually free most weekends. I don't do any strenght training, but I'm here if you are into jogging. I would love to meet and exercise with other MFP members in the Dallas area. Friend me if you like.

I have not gotten up to running so far on my 3rd journey to lose weight. Last year I ran for 2 straight hours while only stopping to fill up water bottles twice. I made it 10.65 mile with an average pace per mile of 11:14. I hope to get back up to that in early spring.

Look at Lowes or Home Depot. I bet they have what you are looking for. Look at lawn and garden for edging. I believe that it is wood but you could paint it and connect a few together.

I have not gotten any but want them. It was suggested to me that I start with water shoes on a treadmill to build up strenght in my feet, calves and legs. It has worked out pretty good so far and does build up those muscles that regular shoes don't. Good Luck and hope that it helps. It is a cheap way to try it out.

I'm hoping to do the same, but I want to really be in shape and lose another 20 lbs before commiting. I have been doing a lot of endurance jogging while increasing my jogging time without walking. Next I will work on adding in sprints.

I just started back last week. The iPhone is great for logging food and viewing news feeds. I do the majority on the PC. Feel free to add me as I'm always looking at friends to motivate me.

No advice, but plan on doing tri's after I'm able to do my first full marathon. Add me if you like.
