Go to Starbucks and get an iced coffee with sugar free syrup and nonfat milk (if you use milk). I always get an iced latte with sugar free caramel and non fat milk- delish!

Lots of fruit and veggies! Also check out Morning Star brand products- they have veggie burgers, veggie breakfast sausage, black bean burgers, etc. Good way to get protein. and if you have a microwave at work, just cook it in there. Just check out the site. Looks awesome! I do a women's boot camp and we do a lot of the exercises you see on that site. If you want to do something like that in a group setting with a trainer right there, I advise you find a boot camp in your area. they are amazing! Best decision I ever made.

Love the book. I think it makes a lot of good points and it is pretty funny to read. I became a vegetarian after reading it and started eating organic/natural foods. I couldn't give up the cheese though. haha

Dont worry! I was having the same problem. The weight on the scale was coming off so slowly, but the reward in the mirror is amazing! Believe me, you will see the difference in the way your clothes fit in a week or two :)
