WOW!!! Good work! Congratulationsyou are a real inspiration:) The negative self talk is a problem for me too. Be kind to yourself and treat yourself to a new pretty outfit!! Im on a strict budget but Im going to make it a priority to buy myself some new clothes-even if theyre "gently used":) All the best

Wouldnt it b nice if we get just specify where the fat comes off.....I lose boobs too but thats ok Hate the bloody things getting in the way :)

Hi there I can relate- this extra weight is going this year for me for sure! So tired of feeling tired, had knee surgery so never mind my vanity:) I need to lose the fat for medical reasons too. We can do it together!!!!! I just joined March 1st and am excited and motivated!!!
