bump...I have the same problem! My thighs are getting so shapely...well my outer thighs but the inner thighs are getting tighter and these rolls on my stomach are not moving. By the way BL yoga is Biggest Loser yoga. I had to google it!

Correction: I just search again and I found different information on flavored vodka. The daily plate list 89 calories and 1.2 carbs for Smirnoff Twist of lime vodka! So stick with unflavored vodka

I drink lime vodka and diet tonic. The vodka only has 69 calories per 1 oz serving and the diet tonic is 0 everything! Keep in mind that an average shot glass is 1.5 oz!

i read the article too! Apparently this lady was under the impression that she can eat chocolate cake everyday and take this pill and still loose weight! The bottle clearly says results are not typical use in conjunction with exercise and a balanced diet. If this person wins that is going to be ridiculous!

I don't think it really matters. Everybody is different. Me personally I get very tired throughout the day when i exercise in the morning. However, when I work out in the evening I have lots of energy and I am able to get through my workout without slacking!
