Just had a Ghirardelli Sea Salt Soiree square. It's dark chocolate with sea salt and roasted almonds! 50 calories. It's great with a handful of raspberries! Don't deprive yourself of sweets, you'll just want them even more and risk overeating them!

I try to walk 5 miles at least 3 times a week with my sister on these trails near my house. My sister drags me up and down the hills. It's so great now that the weather in Philadelphia is unseasonably warm (not that I'm complaining). Then I mix it up by going to the gym and playing tennis.

broccoli rabe pesto (made with pistacios, plain greek yogurt, parmesan cheese) with whole foods tomato and spinach shell pasta. Sprinkled some hot pepper flakes on top.

I recommend high grade tuna, salmon, yellow tail, eel. You should get sashimi....less calories without rice. Although spicy tuna rolls are delicious...they have mayonaisse in it.

The biggest change for me is the food diary. I put down everything I eat down to the last morsel, which has made me very aware of the amounts of food that I eat. I usually have one cheat meal but in moderation. I love wine and now have on the weekends with dinner and work it off in the gym.
