I don't plan for "cheat days", but I find that about once a week I have a day where I feel more hungry than usual, so I eat more than my allowed calories on those days. I feel like if my body is trying to tell me something, I should listen to it! I have been steadily losing weight as well.

I add half a packet of Crystal Light and it is DELICIOUS! Seriously, you'd never know it was plain yogurt, and it only adds 5 calories. My favorite is raspberry lemonade but I think any flavor would be good.

I'm 5'10'', currently 138 and hoping to get just under 130. My jean size varies from 2 to 7 depending on where I buy them from. :) Dress size is usually 2 or 4. (I'm really small on top, but larger through the hips and thighs).
