Same here! Especially my friends that are single and they usually eat out alot. I have a family I like to eat home cooked meals and try to live the healthy life. I am not about going to eat out and drinking all of teh time;once every so many months isnt too bad,but not every week or every month smh.

Before I started on the weight lost journey I hold all of my fat in my butt,belly, and back. Now I am stuck with the belly only :smile:

Are you stretching? I use to have leg pain and that is because I was not stretching. I had pains in the same place. If you continue to experience this, than go see a doctor. I hope you feel better.

Hello, Your life sounds a little bit similiar to mines. My husband is very helpful and is a home body. My husband is a music engineer and is always home after work working on music. You will be fine. I have always worked out on my TOM. If these woman are having periods as worse as the ketup bottle affect they need to see a dr. I hardly ever notice that I am on my TOM when I work out because I am focused on my workout. Also for some reason I hardly ever know when my TOM is arriving because working out…

If I do not logg on the weekend is becaue I may have ate a church or different events. Sometimes I do not logg because the food is so mixed up that I am unsure of what all is mixed in it.

I changed my settings to loose 0.5 a week now. I hope this help. I am new to all of this so be patient with me. The quick adds is because are accurate meals I just do not have time to scan the product or enter it.

I am 5"7 and weigh 157lbs.

I eam whatever I want I just watch how much I eat of eat. I do make sure that I am eating more food than junk food because junk food to not get you full its just a temporary fix. I lost 25lbs in 3 months eating whatever I want.

I have a very poor diet I guest because I eat what my family eats. I just do alot of portion control. I also tend to eat snacks a couple of days out of the week not heavy snacks, but light snacks without portion control.
