What are good vitamin for a woman
Do anyone know of any good vitamins for woman? I wake up at 5am and is usually do not get home until 6:30pm in bed by 9 or 10 and if I could go to bed earlier I would, but I have 2 children and a husband to take care of. I work out 6 days a week and work full time. Any suggestions?

Struggling to loose my last 10lbs
