I totally agree. Plus, being out of town most weekends makes fitting in time for exercise almost impossible. I just track what I can, and try to eat in moderation for the most part.

I basically steam everything! But if I need some extra fats I will stir fry cabbage in olive oil, and it's AMAZING.

I totally feel ya! Congrats, by the way! I've nearly reached my goal weight, but now more than ever I realize how much more important a goal "look" is than a goal weight. Keep up the great work, and focus on your measurements:)

I' m 5'6" and I weigh 131 lbs. I'm losing VERY slowly by netting around 1600 calories. I'm thinking about upping my calories though!

If my carbs aren't coming from the fruits and veggies, then they're coming from peanut butter or whole wheat bread. Peanut butter on toast is my favorite breakfast and it really keeps me going throughout the day, so I'm not so sure I'd like to sacrifice that to make room for a banana!!

Well...... I baked some piping hot sugar cookies for my mom (to be delivered at midnight) and I couldn't help but indulge in a few! Other than that, I'm just gonna eat like its any other day:)

I'm getting in the extra calories needed to meet my BMR by eating mostly fruits and veggies, so at least if I gain at first I know it's not due to fatty junk food haha!

The highest it gets is usually 180, and I average anywhere from 160-176.

Personally, I eat a majority of my calories within about 3 hours before I go to bed, and it doesn't ever seem to affect my weight loss. I lose the same amount every week regardless of when I eat!

I'm in the middle of doing Insanity, so 6 days a week for about 40 minutes a day. I burn anywhere from 300-400 a workout.:smile:

Yup! I plan my entire day ahead of time, and alter it at the end of the day if need be. It definitely helps a ton!:smile:
