For dinner? Why not some protein? Chicken, steak, and some steamed veggies

Then how on earth did you manage to find yourself overweight?

5'6" SW: 156 CW: 133 GW: 128 I would also love to lower my body fat percentage and get more toned. I've cut back on the cardio and have started lifting a lot more, so hopefully I'll be able to lose a couple inches as well:)

If the body needs 1400-1600 "just to function" then why on earth eat below that?

Talk to someone about it. It's sounds as if you are suffering from symptoms of an eating disorder, and it is important to seek help. Your body needs nutrients, and you can not provide yourself all that you require through 500 calories. I suggest bringing it up with your doctor who will be able to direct you to a…

Turkey jerky, a side salad, and some cheese

Fast food. Any and all fast food. I've hear too many awful stories, most of them coming from employees themselves, to ever want to eat fast food again.

Personally, I try to ignore the number on the scale and focus more on measurements. I've been about 135 lbs for the last couple of weeks, but through less cardio and more strength training I've lost 2 inches off of my waist and half an inch off each thigh, even though I didn't lose weight. I think you should focus on the…

Anything country. Doesn't matter if I'm strength training, running, or kickboxing. I love me some country!

Be honest with yourself! When you don't log accurately just so you meet your calorie goals, you are only cheating yourself. Be accountable!

I used to always use some form of a carb as a side dish (potatoes, bread, pasta, rice) whereas now, I use veggies. I steam them, roast them, or sautée them and it's amazing how many calories I save for more meat

I couldn't never give up cheese or peanut butter for the rest of my life!

Not mine, but I know that there's at least four candy bars of some sort as well as some beef and sausage chili

You look fantastic!! Very motivational:)

No matter how hard I work out, it all comes down to what I'm eating. But when I'm properly fueling my body with lots of protein and healthy fats, I notice it looks best when I do HIIT mixed with strength training. I love any and all workouts by Jillian Michaels and Sean T! Bob Harper also has some great videos as well

The Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurts are only 80 calories and are to die for! They aren't as thick or sour as other Greek yogurts I've tried, and I'm a huge fan of the toasted coconut as week as the banana cream. They also keep me full and satisfy my sweet tooth

It's crazy how similar our stories are! I did insanity about 10 months ago and I only completed one month but lost about 10 pounds and like 5 inches off of my waist. Over the next couple months I lost an additional 15 pounds and was the lightest I have ever been. Since August I've managed to gain all the weight back...I…

^This. If you want visible muscle definition, you are never going to get there by doing cardio alone.

Incorporate more calorie dense foods into your diet, such as: avocados, peanut butter, olive oil, almonds, etc. Also, don't but the low fat/ non fat foods if you are looking to add calories. EDIT: Maybe if you opened up your diary it would be easier to give you some advice:)

Agreed. Also, if you are under 18 years of age, you are not technically supposed to be on this site.

1200 is not a lot to start with, especially for your height and weight, so you should be hitting that as a minimum. 1200 is the goal, your goal isn't to come under that amount.

A little bit of all three...The majority of what I eat is fruit, veggies, meat, and whole grains, but that's because those are the foods I enjoy the most. Don't get me wrong, I love pizza and cheeseburgers, so I eat them if I want them, but they aren't a daily thing. I don't restrict myself at all!

Anything and everything.

I'm gonna go with 150 or 155

I went from more of a pear to an hourglass. My measurements used to be 36-33-40 but are now 36-27-36. I basically just lost a lot of fat from my butt and hips, and found my waist! Lol

I have no idea how many liquid ounces the cups hold, but I would say they are the equivalent of 1/4 cup.
