what about using Jimmy Dean turkey sausage crumbles (80 calories for 2/3 C) and and a lighter Cream Cheese or laughing cow swiss cheese wedges?...think I will try this weekend!!

I have lost over 140lbs by eating healthy and walking on my treadmill and I also have a bad knee. Over time I was able to increase my speed and incline. So, yes it can be done! Good luck

Actually, you can omit the water and just use can of pinepple in its own juices. Then I layer with fat free or light cool whip and keep in refrigerator. Very Yummy!!!.
