Day 2 went pretty good for me except for my shoulders. They are killing me. So pushups were terribly difficult.

Uhm, if I was only engaged wedding plans would be off! 5 years is nothing compared to the life of verbal abuse (maybe escalating to physical) you will endure after papers are signed and he really thinks he owns you.

I have a goal to lose 34 lbs by Halloween. I started my journey Halloween of 2009 (have had a baby since then too) and would love to lose 150lbs even by then!

I regularly do Wii fit workouts. If I am doing that in addition to something out I usually just do 30 minutes. I will do an hour or longer if that is my workout for the day.
