running and calories
I am very new to running. I have a heart rate monitor and some of the longer distances I do I burn close to/ if not over 1000 calories. How much of that should I eat back?

I try really hard, but I just can't do them. Not without being on my knees. Any suggestions?

How to get started
I just joined because my husband thinks my digestive issues, lack of energy, and mood swings may be a result of a gluten intolerance. I have no clue how to start cutting this out. Any books you can recommend? Or websites? Recipes?

Level one done: measurements and weight change
I really dislike the shred. Thought about quitting a lot. It hurts my knees, I get way too bored with it, but I am so glad I stuck with it. In 10 days I lost 7 lbs and a total of 10.75 inches total. I've done day 11 or day 1 of level 2 and its a killer, but at least its not boring yet. Good luck ladies.

Boredom?
I am going to be doing day 8 tonight and I don't want to, Haha. I am so bored by this. Does anybody else have this issue? How do you combat it? I am determined to make it the full 30 days, but have a feeling this boredom is going to get worse!

Speed?
This is my second time doing c25k. The first time I made it to week 7 and then we moved and I missed running or walking that matter for over 3 weeks. I am now on week 3 day 3 and surprisingly it is going well. However, I get so frustrated because I am so slow. If I really run I can not finish the full 3 minutes, but I feel…
