I had a day off, but I'd spent 3 hours or so walking about so I didn't just do nothing for the day. I don't think it's hindered me as when I did the next day of 30DS I didn't feel as tired as the last time I'd done it. :)

I had a day off, I really needed it... my muscles were so sore that if I had attempted it I'd of had to stop. Listen to your body. A bit of soreness is okay, but if it's actually painful its time to stop and do something less intense that day.

I took Saturday off just because. Then on Sunday I did it twice to make up for skipping. Yesterday was fine. Today I woke up and I am in a terrible mood, I could not bring myself to do it. I was/am completly against it. I just don't know what is going on with myself.

I am probably the wrong person to ask this today.

i find i am better off not taking days off because then 1 leads to 2 and then I find myself having to start all over! I really think whatever works best for you! I have seen some people take 1 day off a week and they still get great results!
