I started at 310 and now weight around 140. (I have had a rough summer-I was down to 128). I have not had surgery, taken pills, drank shakes, or anything like that. I can't post pictures but feel free to friend me and my pictures are on my profile.

I have 3 kids. 8, 5, and 3. I work a full time job and a part time job. I do workout videos after the kids are asleep. While I am putting them to sleep (the youngest anyway- the other 2 put themselves to bed) my husband goes for a run or a bike ride. When he gets back I do a video. I have never actually had a gym…

I chose between the 5th and 6th one and I am apparently before the 1st one. I am 25% smaller than I think I am?????

I think we started on the same day. I am doing day 11 today. I love this program.

You look amazing! Great job!

Well I have been walking for years and would run some. Never usually more than a mile. I had a goal to do 12 races (5ks mostly) this year and have done 7plus a 10k since january. I am doing a half in May. i definitely want to run better I also want/need to continue to lose weight.

First, Great job! I have a very poor body image and so I noticed well after many people did. It was weird even though I was having to replace clothing I still saw myself as the same old person in the mirror. However, to hold myself accountable I am very public with my weight loss and I think that gave people "permission"…

Great job! Thank you for sharing!

Agree with the previous poster. You do not want your body to go into starvation mode. Then you will hold on to everything you eat after a certain point and any losing streak you had will end.
-
Day 8 Is also cardio power and resistance. It wasn't as difficult as the first time around.
-
Great job!
-
Good luck. You can do it!
-
I am doing day 8 today.
-
Great job!

Don't give up. Once you see results, you will realize it is worth it. You can do it!

Hello. I just turned 30 in July. I've Bbeen on my journey since October 2010. I have been married for 8 1/3 years and have 3 wonderful kids. I love supporting others and getting support. Feel free to add me.

I weigh daily for motivation. It helps keep me accountable. I know what I eat today will show up on the scale tomorrow.

I started at a 30/32 and am now wearing a 14/16! You can do it! Feel free to add me if you want
-
Thank you. I will have to find the book
-
You are doing great! I am sure it is probably extra sodium and water retention. Just keep trucking. You can do it!
-
I could use some more support as well

I am on day 23. I think I find level 3 easier for me for some reason. Or maybe it is just that I am not quite bored with it yet. Haha

It would be amazing if I could lose 30 lbs between now and Halloween. I started my journey Halloween day of 2009 and have lost 120 lbs so far. I am exited to reach the 150 lb mark and think it would be awesome to do it in that time frame. However, weight loss has slowed WAY down so that is not likely. I am shooting more…

I ate a granola bar instead of a chocolate chip cookie

I just completed day 6 of level 2 (day 16 all together). I'm over halfway. No jumping ship now. I find it a lot less difficult at this point.
-
Awesome challenge. I am behind, but i will get caught up tonight
-
Thanks all. I have made it to completing day 9. I will be doing day 10 today. I didn't want to move on to level 2 before day 10, because I was afraid I would have the same problem with it close to the end. It's not that I can do it all perfectly, but that I just hate doing the same things over and over and over again.
-
You can do it. I struggled a few days ago as well. I did day 9 yesterday. After I finish day 10 today I am going to redo measurements. I am actually pretty excited.

I am also doing c25k and some Wii fit along with the shred.
