First of all why are you only eating dry chicken? There are other ways of cooking it and it will turn out juicy. Oven with a little water or slow cooker are my two favorites. I just did the same thing just the other day at the store with the metal dumbbells. It was crazy even at just shy of thirty lbs I can feel the difference.

No I agree. My gym is very busy and you can watch people sit on a machine look at their phone and get up after a while and move to the next one.
