When I started low carb, I was limited to 30 grams a day or less. I was not supposed to eat anything over 5. That may be some of it. I lost 20 pounds in no time. Start with a 15 0r 20 minute walk. It is more than you are getting now. Then increase your walks. When the feeling hits, jog for a few feet. Then increase that if you like. Watch out for slippery spots. Or just go "mall walking"

I joined to help track what I eat, then started adding my exercise. I need to go to the police station soon for a parking permit. Right now that is on top of the list for not doing naked. Feel free to add me if you want.

If I go to bed hungry, i wake up feeling fine, maybe a little hungry. If I eat before bed, that's when I really wake up hungry. Probably stomach stretching or some such thing. As far as waking up at 3AM, that is when my alarm goes off, so i am up soon after.

The Pre-Diet Mike was "bring it, Ill eat it". There was not much I wouldn't eat. Except for cherries. Those things are nasty. Someone said raw liver. I guess if its raw, you could add that to the list.

I have had two different Androids and an iPhone. I won't be going back to Android. Hopefully there is a return plan on whatever you choose. It took a little while before that battery pulls on my Androids started. That was the most annoying.

I am too cynical. I often don't listen to what a person says, because I judge on actions not words. Words are just words. I also seem to have a short fuse.

I eat Arctic Zero every once in a while. Low fat, calories and carbs. It's with a try.

I think 90% of my excess weight is my belly, 5% second chin and the other 5% arm flab. At least my self conscious eye see that. Now that I see that in print, I paint an attractive picture, it seems.

I was going to just say that my goal is 30g per day. MFP doesn't track net carbs so the carb total didn't get as much attention as it should have.
