Getting it back after the holidays
Slowing down the overeating is in progress. I have 2 or 3 meals to get through, then back to business. New Years is coming. I do plan on more strength training and maintaining my cardio while improving my form on my bike and making an effort to improve my overall posture.

Back to the gym!
I have been slacking lately. Although I have increased my bike riding, which has greatly helped endurance and lower body fitness, I have all but abandoned going to the gym. As a result, my upper body is getting a little jiggly. I guess I just need to motivate myself to get there.
