  • I honestly have the same problem, and trying to compete with people has never really worked for me. It was suggested that I give myself some sort of reward for tracking (something non-food- my therapist said stickers work for a surprising amount of people), but... Apparently my reptilian hindbrain scoffs at stickers. What…
  • Thank you so much for posting this! I'm in a similar position - weight crept up because I'm somewhere I hate and I've punished myself. It's time to take my life back! How long did it take you, if you don't mind us asking? Edit: It's late, and I can't read. Amazing job doing this in one year, madam! You look absolutely…

It's been a while since I flew Delta, but exit rows and bulkhead seats CAN be more narrow, so it might be worth spending a…
  • I'm working up to 20 minutes a day on the elliptical. I found that if I set my ipad to block the clock, it's a lot easier to keep going, as I'm not watching the minutes and counting them til I get off. Hoping this thread will help keep me motivated and on-track! :)
  • I've found that I snack if I'm not mentally engaged with whatever I'm doing. Exercise or other activities that keep my mind occupied seem to work well.
