  • Started T25 this week. I managed to tweak my ankle on the first day! So due to the ankle pain, now I'm doing mostly modified the version. I'm hoping my ankle recovers soon so I can do the non-modified moves, but my trainer thinks I sprained it so I should rest it for now. But I'm determined to make it through even doing…

  • # 1 - Lost 20 lbs throwing up first trimester, but gained 30 lbs afterwards so net 10 lbs gained (craved Kellog's Corn Flakes...ate a huge box every day...now I rarely eat cereal and my daughter will eat it as snack food) # 2 - Gestational diabetes so you get that lovely diet! Gained 9 lbs total that I worked hard to gain!…
  • We use our blender daily so I bought a Cuisinart, but it died! Luckily it died before the 90 day return policy expired! The Vitamix was too expensive! We ended up buying a Ninja for about $100. The Ninja is working great after a year and cuts through ice quickly for smoothies and protein shakes. Do be careful when cleaning…

  • Darn belly rolls from having the kids! Pretty much every part has gotten smaller since I've started with a new trainer except my belly! My trainer told me to increase my cardio to 90 minutes 6 x per week as well as more core work! I told him I'd do the best I could with that because I'd need a 30 hr day. Seriously though,…

I do eat try to make wiser food choices but I will never be that salad person and I do eat the occasional sweet and dessert, just less of it. I started…
  • Have u considered bringing your lunch from home rather than eating so much fast food? Add fruits and veggies and nuts to your diet! If you work out so much, you must be hungry all the time. Consider eating small meals every few hours. Definitely cut back on your sodium too! good Luck!
