Have you tried any of the Udi's products. Their bread is probably my favorite. I know I should like the whole grain bred but Udi's white bread is pretty good. I can eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich which I hard to being gluten free because of Celiac.

We had a great time. We walked a lot. From 7 am to 9 pm each day. I out walked to the students because I wanted to see the museums and the kids wanted to stick their heads in their phones on a bench. I can not wait to go back.

I have found that if I set up little goals for myself I do better. Like this week I will not drink any sodas. Just a week and then the next week I pick something else to work on.
