That is a good idea, I could have used that today. We were testing and I was sooooooooookoo bored. I did really good not eating bad things until the afternoon and then I ate Reese peanut butter miniatures. Ugh!!!

I'm sorry to hear about your stress. I think we all understand stress and how we each use food as a comfort item. I know I do. I use food as entertainment when I'm bored or use food as a reward or comfort. We all are hear to fix ourselves. So lets support each other.

Mine was too much alcohol and gluten free food. When I eat gluten free food that is made to be gluten free instead of eating things that are naturally gluten free then I pack on the water weight from all the gF carbs.

I agree about the creepers. I have a 7 yr old boy. Depends on were I'm at if he goes in the men's room or with me into the ladies room.

I have that two. The top I call my muffin top. It us there because my pants are to tight. Then ithe bottom I call my front butt and it flaps over. However, I am proud to say there are starting to go away with hard work.

Most importantly I want to be a health role model for my kids. And I want my soon to be Ex husband to realize I not only got rid of him and his alcohol addiction when I kicked him to the curb, but I could overcome my addiction to to FOOD. I want to be a M.I.L.F. And I want to have ABs.

Ok-- here are my goals. First to hit 198 in 10 weeks. Second finish the Jillian Michaels bidy revolution. After today's workout only 11 more weeks. Third to continue to log ever bite I eat for a year. Four -- well I have not picked a goal weight yet but I really want abs and be able to a bikni that had boy shorts bottoms.

Many years ago I was told by an endocrinologist and his dietician that if I followed a diabetic diet I would be pregnant in three months and I was pregnant 2 months later. I was told: 15 grams of carbs at breakfast 15 morning snack 30 at lunch 15 afternoon snack 15 at dinner. Good luck!!
