I hope to go to the gym from school at least 3 days a week for an hour or so and then hit the gym at the weekend both days if I'm up to it. I think a monthly goal is a good idea. Mine should be to only have one of whatever is on the table in the team office regardless of how many times I have to walk past it!

Using a HRM and using MFP give very different numbers too - this needs to be considered. I recorded a 400 burn yesterday using a HRM which I stopped everytime I did. If I used the database on here it's double that!

Hi Pen. Thank you. I'm not even dressed yet and it's almost 3pm. I hate this. I'm setting myself a mini goal - get to the gym. even if I don't go in, I've got there. Next goal will be to get inside the flippin' place. then if all I can do is walk or cycle a bit then at least it's something. Thank you for everything. Amanda

Hi I'm a subject leader for ICT in the UK and work stupid hours. This will be my 6th year when we go back in September. When I'm working it's so easy to pick at food or get bored and use food as an excuse. There is often cakes or biscuits on the table in the office too.
