I believe you are correct. I have had success from eating ALL exercise calories back and eating at LEAST 1200 daily if I don't exercise. Good Luck.

Possibly a little high but I always base my calculations on 10 calories per minute. (I use an FT4 though.) 40 minutes would be 400 cals and I'm just a couple of pounds lighter than you. So it might be completely accurate :O)

well done Lexieonni! I forgot to drop by yesterday. I didn't exercise. I was lazy. :O| Today I hit the gym and although every minute seemed like 2, I busted 500 calories.

I usually stop the monitor when I drop below about 120 - the bottom target range for me. This is simply because I would rather burn more than I think I have than let it run and record an inaccurate count. I don't think I need to do this quite so early but don't actually know for sure!
