Only Me. Made it to the gym again today. Did 70 mins. Lots of stretches too. Party tomorrow so hope to go again in the morning as there will be LOTS of cake. :drinker:

No gym today but I walked round a very hilly zoo pushing a buggy so happy with that. :O)
-
As it's a goal you need to hit it. Not be under it. Hope this helps.
-
Hi Ed. What calories you working to? What's the deficit from?
-
I did another hour at the gym today folks. I expect to be the only person posting on this thread but am going to continue. I need to be accountable. :O)

Hi I've had migraines since I was 4 years old - I'm now 34. I sometimes get them post workout but like others have said mine are almost always due to lack of water before, during and after the workout. I sometimes wonder if it is due to working upper body muscles in the shoulders and neck which cause tension which - at…

well done :O) I only go to the gym because it makes me work seeing others working hard. well done on doing something!

Listen to your body. Definitely have a rest day.

This looks great. I'm in the UK but would do this. It's for a great cause. Good Luck to anyone who does it.

Ok Me first. I got to the gym ONLY because I remembered I'd started this thread :blushing: I did a decent workout. Thanks for your support folks. What did you do!?
-
I love this!! lol

I almost agree :o) I've had chocolate lately and had the calories but the sugar and fat has made my diary go RED! LOL I'm going into work for a few hours but can leave when I want and will then go to the gym. Will touch base here later to tell you all I went. I can't stand to say I didn't go now :O) Have a great day…

I agree. If you're thirsty you're already in need of a drink by then. Drink a bit throughout the day and more if actually thirsty. Should be good :O) I think that makes sense anyway,

Brilliant work!! Well done! :O)

Brilliant!! Well done!

I use this sort of opportunity to treat myself for my hard work and work extra hard at the gym before I go. That way I've worked muscles, burned fat, woken myself up and get a yummy reward. Occasionally - rarely - it doesn't hurt and it reminds me I can eat and don't have to deprive myself as long as I make sensible…
-
How far under? Your goal is a target. Not a maximum. Maybe you're not eating enough.

Feeling rubbish today so bumping this to make me do these in a while. Thanks

Have just switched from Prozac to Zoloft (Fluoxetine to Sertraline) Haven noticed cravings after just 3 days. I'm trying to to have too much I shouldn't and hope if I can control the cravings I'll control any gain it might fuel.x

When I was 18 I had a brother who was 14. He had cancer. Right up until the end he was strong for everyone else. He never complained and maintained right up until he lost consciousness that he would catch up with school and things when he was well. this was for our benefit, not his. He must have known how ill he was. If…

Couldn't put it better myself:flowerforyou:

I don't know why but I love this post. It's deep and thoughtful and hopeful. Well done on your work so far and keep looking at that shadow! You're doing brilliantly! Edit because of loads of typos!

Thanks for this. I've done it unintentionally this last week due to injury and being laid up in bed unable to move! I started to up them before the injury and then ate hardly anything (I know this is not ideal) whilst laid up and it's kick started something. I've been stuck for about 4 weeks but lost over 3 lbs at weigh in…

I take fluoxetine and as long as I watch the calories and exercise I've had no problems. I used to blame them for not losing but I think I just ate too much! I'm not saying you are!! Maybe speak to doc as has been suggested and change? Good Luck A
