I've upped my calories this week and lowered my weightloss per week and I've not been to the gym since last Sunday. I did this about 6 weeks ago and felt much better when I went back to the gym. It was like I'd given my body different signals. I've been off colour this week and busy so missing the gym was practical too but…

I've used my FT4 in the pool. I think the trick is to make the strap as tight as you can bear it as it can move with the rotation of the body. Good Luck.

I've changed my exercise routine today so hopefully I'll be getting more exercise again. I think the gym got a bit stale so I've been using different machines and been for a swim today. Really appreciate the replies.
