I want a body like yours!

Same here. :grumble: Bad title

Mine is a bit haphazard to be honest. I try to get to the gym at least 4 times a week for an hour - 90 minutes of cardio and in with that I usually do ten minutes free weights to remind my muscles I need them. Sometimes I go more often, sometimes less. I am going to start incorporating swimming into my week now as a) I'm…

Mine is around 58. Can't get the damn thing much over 160 anymore! Grrr
-
Trousers are often tighter on my left leg than my right. I'm right handed so assumed I'd be right footed but whatever the reason - it's just me
-
Mine isn't 1200. It was when I wanted to lose more than the recommended but now it's 1430 to lose a pound a week. I'm 5 ft 7 and 152lb. Maybe check settings and lifestyle. I don't think this site is generally at fault.

When I first started changing my diet the same thing happened to me. It soon cleared up. I agree about coffee though.

I've looked back a little in your diary and you need to HIT your daily goal not miss it. It's possible you're not eating enough.
-
Doctor? Get checked out? Good luck.
-
Thanks for this. It looks great! Am joining!

:drinker:

Absolutely! I've battled weight for about 20 years. No more!!
-
hear hear! Sounds a lot but you're obviously a fit guy. I'd say listen to your body but maybe consider eating more?
-
As mentioned - I just put mine in a normal wash. It's been fine :O)

I find that it happens if I eat too close to a workout or eat certain things close to a workout. I believe it is known as 'runners' trotts'? Not happend to me for a while. Hope you sort it.

I have an FT4. I set it going when my heart gets above 100 and stop it the same. I ignore the fat burning zome completely. I eat back the calories. Just look at my ticker.... 20lbs down! It's working!! Go with the HRM.
-
I have at least one 330ml can a day for days on end sometimes. I sort of go through phases. I'm in the best shape I've been in, in years and years and if it IS slowling things down - I can cope with it. I'm not going to give it up for life so will settle for the loss as it is.
-
There are much worst things to get addicted to! :O) Welcome!
-
Thanks for this too. I'm about to go to the gym so will see what I can today to incorporate what you guys have said. x
-
You look amazing! Hot!! :blushing:
-
How much exercise have you put in? I think it recommends only a pound a week. It would mean you using 7000 a week more than you eat which isn't easy!
-
It's not a limit. It's a goal. Exercise calories need eating back. ALSO - when are you posting? This place is heavy on Americans who sleep at a different time to me and sometimes there's no one about. On the other side of the coin/Pond - it's full of British who sleep when the Americans or Asutralians are at work.…
-
Brilliant! Thanks for posting. You've done brilliantly.
-
You're a star for doing it!
-
I could have written this!! I'm starting to come round though! The label in my jeans says 12. The ones in my profile pic say 16. You're doing good. xx
-
Thanks Chris!! :O) I'll look on here and online for lifting programms. Regards

nice one stella!
