I just bought a carrera crossfire 1 today. Went out on it and it's wonderful compared to my useless Apollo Slant. I have no idea what to suggest but hope you find a good one.

I don't like to as I worry it'll get too damp. I sweat like a pig! :O) I'm glad it's been OK for others on here though. I'm just chicken.

West Mids here :O) Hi

Mine is 54 I'm 34 and 5.7 feet/inches. A paramedic told me it was too low! I was polite and mentioned my workouts and lifestyle. (He wasn't there for me, for a family member)

Wooooooooo! Well done you!
-
I'd love to do something like this. in UK though :(
-
I've done laps, yes. :O) Good point about the buttons. By pressing buttons you'll allow water in. Works fine otherwise. Band, transmitter and watch

Let us see your diary, Jozie. We can help then. :O) Might be in what you're eating or not. Amanda x

I pay £350 a year with pool, gym, sauna, steam, and all classes. Private gym. But if I don't go, I lose it all. So maybe it is good as you can pay when you want and if you don't go, you just don't pay apart from the 17.50 :O)

Affected me when I first started working out properly. Soon sorted out though. I was a week late I think the first time but then as my body got used to it I settled back into the normal cycle.

I was caught speeding and did a speed awareness course. You need to do one of these, Sir.

I have been treated for depression since I was 17. I am now 34. It seems I might be bipolar II but the depression I have had have been very nasty. Try to be active even if it's a short walk. Keep in touch with people. eat right. Get sleep at the right times. Use friends. Avoid alcohol if you can. This is very short and…

You've lost 7 pounds in a week and you want more??
-
I wont use anything apart from shock absorber now. Treated myself to a new one last week. Brilliant.

I'm all emotional reading your replies to this. So kind. Thank you. This site with the app has changed my life. Amanda x

Not to be annoying or anything but I did say I was ignorant and didn't realise. No need to say how wrong I was more than once, people.

Sorry if I'm confused. If you eat 2300 and work off 3500 that's already a deficit without you actually being alive. If we say you burn 2500-3000 a day normally before exercise the deficit will be massive. Sorry if I totally misunderstand.

I'm scared to post in case I get this wrong! I have no scientific things to back me up.... I go through phases where I eat the same thing for a few days and I've had the success I wanted since joining MFP. I would say that if the food is balanced and supplies you with the things your body needs it's not going to hurt THAT…

posts crossed I think :O)
-
Looking at your food intake - you are at a massive deficit?
-
Be careful

I just posted a long reply to this and it's gone. I said what the post above said! Mine's grey. Works brilliantly. gender difference in the item is the colour I believe.
