Strangely. I just stopped sugar in coffee and drinks and although it was VILE to start with I can't add sugar now as it ruins my drink! Good luck.

I run, use the eliptical, row and walk with a bit of lower body resistance training. I do use weights on my arms. My legs are my best feature. I'm proud of my muscles in my legs. cardio that works the muscles builds muscle. It has to. otherwise I'd just be bone!

I usually run for about 10 minutes - about a mile (treadmill) then use the elliptical for 25 mins then do some good stretching. I'll do some freeweights then and then more cardio. I always stretch as the last thing I do then just walk a bit. :O) I find this the best way to avoid aches and pains and injury personally. Good…
