I weigh myself at home where I know it will be consistent. I work in a Dr's office with four scales that are not calibrated the same (causing a few pounds diff between them all).

I agree with the kale chips idea! they are yummy and low calories (as long as you aren't putting high cal things on them). Oh and they are SUPER easy to make!

So, I did 10 push ups as well. I was on a roll I guess :blushing: . I have decided since I do not have steps at work and the only steps I have at home are my porch...I will park farther away at stores and such. It was the only other option I could think of :smile:
