Just tried a different pic and it said 33 (which I am soon!). Phew! :#

I'm 32, it said I was 50! :'(

I'm so jealous of people who say their skin has cleared, I'm not at goal but I've been having the worst chin breakouts since I started losing. :(

I wasn't a SOAD fan but saw them at their recent UK gig at Wembley as one of my best mates loves them. It was awesome! Also saw Metallica at Reading festival a few years ago and they were immense! However I also loved the backstreet boys and boyzone and saw both when I was in my early teens! Anyway I want cake really bad,…

If I'm at work I need snacks. I tend to graze at work. At home I can easily just have 3 meals. I think it depends on how bored I am!

Only just seen this. Smirk! :#

I've got fine lightened hair (not bleach but as light as) I wash my hair everyday and just use herbal essences bee strong shampoo and conditioner. These really suit my hair and considering my hair is so colour treated it's in really good condition.

Definitely burpees and any incarnation of them. Evil.

I'm a Manchester City fan.

I only limit fruit because I prefer berries, melon and fresh pineapple and in the UK these can be expensive. I usually have an apple each day and loads of veggies instead. I love bananas but only when they are nice and firm, once they start browning I'm not keen.

I'm 5'5" and currently 182lbs and wear a UK size 16 (US 12 or 14?). I'm starting to get into a size 14 but don't feel quite there yet!

Love kettlebells! Just make sure you know the correct form otherwise you could injure yourself. And don't be afraid of the heavier weights, I started off with an 8kg one and am now using a mixture of that and a 12kg one. It's worth pushing yourself to go a bit heavier when you have the form down.

As of this morning 21lbs since the start of the year, I'd like to lose another 20-28lbs.

Definitely this, drinks lots of water but other than that just carry on. Indian food is so delicious it would be rude not to over indulge on it occasionally!
-
What sort of exercise are you doing that's burning that many calories?

I never had any spots until I was well into my 20's. I'm coming up to 33 and in the last 6 months have had the most horrific chin spots. Mainly since I started back on mfp which is annoying. I started using that dermalogica anti bac range about 2 weeks ago and it really seems to be helping control my breakouts. Although a…

Now it's getting warmer I love making a big salad of tasty things like tomatoes, olives, avocado, beetroot, rocket and having it with some grilled halloumi or chicken. Sometimes I'll have some boiled new potatoes too if I have them. Never takes much time to throw salad together and with the right ingredients it can be so…

I'm in the UK, personally not a fan of fish and chips although I do love mushy peas! Anyway, personally I think in the UK we tend to eat out less but if you are over visiting you are probably likely to be taken out a lot. Depending on the type of places you go, you can either get reasonable portion size and healthy foods,…

I love jam doughnuts, we've had people bring them into work 3 times in the last week and I've not had one. Next time someone buys them they are fitting into my day! The ones with apple in the middle are good as well. To be honest, I've never met a doughnut I didn't like!
-
I have tried that before but j just got used to the taste! Nice to know I am not alone though and that there are so many of us finger pickers about! :)
-
Yeah I do it more when I'm nervous or stressed. I don't feel either at the moment but once there is a rough bit I just can't leave it alone! I try to keep my hands moisturised to stop the dry rough bits but it doesn't stop them completely! Good to know I'm not alone! :)

My confession today is that I chew the skin around my nails on my fingers, when I'm not chewing them I pick them. It looks gross and it hurts but I can't stop doing it. I'm nearly 33 and have been doing it since I was about 11. Every now and again I stop it but then I always start up again. Nasty habit! :(

I spend about £50-70 a week for two people but that includes cleaning products and loo roll etc. So I guess it's somewhere between £3-5 per person per day which isn't too bad as we both take packed lunches to work so it's 3 meals a day plus snacks.

I do a HIIT class on a Tuesday we we do 20 secs on 10 secs rest 8 times, we do this with 6 different exercises so the same as someone else who posted above. It's a real killer especially when the exercise is burpees or squat jumps! It's good fun though and you know it's less than 30 mins in total. The fact I do it after an…

I drank a lot of delicious cocktails last night and I'm not sorry. Then I went to one of the sweatiest gigs I've been to in a long time so I reckon I sweated most of the alcohol out! :#

Yummy meal out last night, Caesar chicken wrap with sweet potato fries and coleslaw plus lots of yummy cocktails!

I try to pre-log my week so I know what I'm eating when I've done my food shop. But it's not set in stone and most days I make some sort of adjustments.

So after 3 days of pigging, I weighed myself this morning and was the same as I was last Wednesday which is a result! Still I felt rubbish about how bad I've been so dragged my husband out for a 7 mile bike ride. It was bloody cold and hard but at least I've burnt off some calories ready for family coming over tonight!
-
Please don't think about your past when it comes to your husband. Think about your future and how you deserve to be with someone who loves and respects you for who you are regardless of what you weigh. You might have spent half your life with someone awful but don't give him your whole life! Best of luck with everything.
