Oh I love milk, I'd easily drink a pint a day of semi skimmed (never skimmed and full fat is too creamy) but I can't have too much dairy as it gives me bad skin. So I have coconut or almond milk on my porridge now. Still cows milk in my tea though, as no other type of milk tastes right in tea! And I still occasionally…

I'm a real grazer at work so take a lunchbox with carrot sticks, grapes, a banana, feta egg muffins and salad in. Plus I have a packet of rich tea biscuits in my drawer. Or sometimes I have crackers and Philadelphia instead of the muffins. Or Nigella's peanut noodle salad.

Saag aloo with chicken.

I bought a Ted Baker slim fitting dress for my friends wedding in March. It's a UK 14 and I thought it would be too small but it fits perfectly!

Thai beef stir fry.

Peanut noodles with added slightly burnt chicken, recipe from Nigella's website.

I'm a definite bare minerals fan. Primer, foundation (tried the liquid but prefer the powder) and I use the warmth as bronzer/blusher. After that it tends to be any mascara on offer in Boots. I don't really wear eyeshadow or liner unless I'm going out and want the really dress up.

Started off 2015 at 203lb and ended it at 174lb. I've put a few lbs on over Christmas but I'm not worried about that. I'd love to lose another 25-30lb this year. Funny as I don't see much difference between the two pics but I've gone from a tight 16 (UK) to a size 14 fitting easily. So I know those 29lbs have made a…

Won't be the same for everyone but I breakout if I eat too much dairy. I try to avoid too much cheese and yoghurt now and only have cows milk in tea. Luckily I love coconut and almond milk as alternatives.

I ordered some new jeans as my UK size 16's are pretty baggy now. Got the new size 14's and they fit and are even a little loose!

I have the same lunch most days. Baba ganoush, flatbread, celery, cucumber and carrot sticks.
-
Cheese. I love really mature crumbly cheddar and creamy Brie with crusty bread, butter and chutneys. My idea of heaven. But way too high in calories and too much dairy gives me terrible skin so a no-no for me these days. :(

I have an underactive thyroid and B12 deficiency. I can't absorb B12 directly from food so have injections every 3 months. I've definitely felt less tired and had less gastro problems like bloating since I started these and since my thyroid meds were stabilised. When I'm a few weeks off the next injection of B12 I always…

I usually log my kettlebell class under circuit training and halve the amount it tells me. But my class tends to involve cardio and body weight exercises as well.
-
Tuesday - 1 hour kettlebell class followed by 30 mins HIIT class. Thursday - 1 hour class, circuits and boxing Saturday - 1 hour class circuits and boxing. Not as much as some but I'm pretty happy with my level of activity.

I wish I knew, I just moved from biting my nails to biting the skin around them when I was 11. I'm 33 now and still do it! :/

I do pretty much all the cooking for me and my husband which I don't really mind. I do all the meal planning and shopping so he gets what he is given and gets told he can feel free to cook something else if he doesn't like what I've made. He never does! I'm not a super healthy clean water anyway so we still eat plenty of…

Another CICO here. I'm 5ft5 and started 2015 at 203lbs, today I'm 179. My weight loss might be slow for some but I'm losing on 1500 a day and I often go over, and I definitely haven't cut any foods from my diet completely. I just have smaller portions, make better choices and have high calorie foods less often.

Ok so this is a scale victory in disguise but we do a weight loss group at work, nothing serious just for fun and we just weigh in each week. Anyway today I achieved my 10% weight loss since the beginning of the year. I'm second on the leaderboard and creeping up on the person in first place very fast! :)

My last two nights dinner. Sunday night was sweet chilli chicken kebab, mixed rice and grains and oven roasted peppers and courgette. Tonight was half a pizza express sloppy guiseppe with wedges and rocket. Both delicious! Having a week if eating out of the freezer/cupboard so I don't think the rest of the week will be as…

Crustless tomato and mozzarella quiche with rocket, tomato and avocado salad with a little balsamic dressing.

People who insist on trying to get into the first parking space they see, take ages to park and hold everyone else up even though they could just drive further around the car park and have their pick of spaces. People who put recyclables into the normal waste at work when there are separate bins for everything next to the…

Dry tikka or tandoori chicken from the Indian with salad, and a chapati (flatbread) on the side. I'd probably add a veggie curry or saag aloo to that as well but I love Indian food!

Using up bits in the fridge before I do a food shop tomorrow. Chorizo, halloumi, rocket, quinoa & brown rice and some garlic ciabatta. It was lush!
-
Yup! I love cereals but pretty much never eat them anymore, the size of bowl I want just isn't worth it! :(

I tried on a load of dresses last night that I couldn't do up last summer and they all fit! In fact a couple were too big. And although it's sort of a scale victory as its to do with weight, my BMI is now officially just overweight instead of obese! Happy days!

I did have this last year, ended up having loads of blood tests and being diagnosed with hypothyroidism and vitamin B12 deficiency. I'm not sure it's a usual symptom of either but went away once I started my medication.
-
I was diagnosed as having hypothyroid last summer, I'm now stabilised on 100mcg of levothyroxine a day. Since January I've lost 23lbs. I'm also b12 deficient and have an injection of this every 3 months.

My weight loss has stalled a big lately as I've had a really busy couple of weeks with social events, but I've not gained! I've also started getting comments about my weight loss - gone from just over 200lb to 181lb and quite a bit left to go! But my favourite NSV of late is that I measured myself this week for the first…

I love the taste of almond milk for my porridge, I'd rather have cows milk but too much dairy gives me terrible skin. So I just have it in my tea now. I've not tried any other non dairy alternatives yet.
