I love the salads from Pret a Manger here in the UK. If you have calories left over why not add to your evening meal so you feel fuller? What are you eating that's leaving you so hungry?

There is no way your Dr is going to send you anywhere to lose weight, if they do they should be struck off! Please get help about your body image, you are not fat and do not need to lose weight!!!

I agree, you don't need to lose weight and you do not appear have much fat. I'm surprised you say you are a size 12 as you look like an 8 to me. I honestly think you are seeing fat that doesn't exist, and hiding away in bigger clothes because of it.

You are right I did misread. :) OP try adding in calories dense foods and full fat versions of things. That will help to boost your intake without adding loads of extra food. Avocado and peanut butter too.

I really don't get how someone who has gained weight by eating too much (which includes me!) can suddenly be unable to eat more than 1000 calories. I know people will be eating less calorie dense food but 1000 is so easy to do if you eat things like meat, cheese, yoghurt etc which are all still healthy food choices.

To be honest 6 stone (84lbs) in 9 months isn't going to be a realistic target. You'd need to consistently lose 2lbs to 2.5lbs a week to achieve that and losing at that steady a pace doesn't happen to many people. I love it too! I find it hilarious how they think they just eat healthy food, then you see what they've eaten at the end if the week and the only veg they've had was the peas in the rice from their Chinese takeaway! I know so many people who would benefit from that show, probably me included! :)

This is why I let my sister and sister in law pick their own dress style. I would never make someone wear something they didn't feel comfortable in! All I did was choose the colour and pay! Some people need to try to remember what a wedding is actually about, and it's not every tiny detail being 'perfect'!

Do they sell the small cans of coke in the US? In the UK we get mini cans which are 150ml. A little can like that might be enough to satisfy your craving so you don't have to cut it out completely.

One of my best mates has a full sleeve, well a partially finished one. I was a little sceptical when she said she was getting it done as I couldn't picture what it would look like but it's beautiful and so well done. Personally I wouldn't have one, but I think they can look amazing!
