Thanks all... It's not my usual breakfast - I usually have porridge made with Almond Milk - but this morning I was running really late and had not been shopping this weekend... I was indeed hungry by about 11, when I had a Nakd bar [i usually have those pre run, or mid ride, where they are perfect]. Ange

I've got an appointment at my GP tomorrow, was going to bring it up again with her. I find it doesn't happen every run, and never seems to matter what time of the month it is. I also find that walking doesnt always help either....

pronounced /Keen-whaa' it's a grain much like cous cous or bulgar wheat. It doesnt have much of a flavour, but it does absorb things that you put with it, so lots of lovely hearbs, spices, vinegar, citrus juices.....it's good for you.

Think I agree - run every other day and x-train the other day, swim or cycle... you need to give your body a kick start.
