Biggest help for me was (and is) measuring my food and logging everything as I eat it on here. When I log as the day progresses it keeps me in check, on the days when I can't log as I eat ... I log at night and its usually a shock as to how much I ate that day. I am not nearly as good at estimating as I thought.

How about smoothies? This morning for me was pineapple/blueberry/spinach smoothie and it tasted great. First time I had tried it. You can find lots of smoothie ideas on here.

I eat between 400-600 cals each morning for breakfast ... bacon and eggs or oatmeal. On a regular work day I am swamped at work and find it hard to work in a good lunch. This keeps me satisfied until mid afternoon on most days. This habit seems to serve me well Mon-Fri.

I don't have any pics either, sorry .. but made the same move as you to a basement gym to save me some time. All I have bought so far is a squat rack, barbell, 285lbs of weight, adjustable bench, 5 horse stall mats (1 inch thick rubber to protect my floor). This allows me to do all the major lifts (deads, squats, bench,…
