A tough one. I imagine it will not be easy to get them to start to help out more, especially if they're used to slacking around all the time. I guess you need to find a way to get them (especially the teenagers) to help out more. When you figure that out, please let me know!

What kind of exercise are you doing - and do you have a target weight / bf%? I ask because 5'11" , 18% bf and 165lbs is actually pretty good -and if you are maintaining this eating 4, 000 calories, maybe all you need is to do some weights and a little cardio for fitness.

You mentioned that your husband lost 75lbs last year? So this means he "gets" it - so there is hope :-) .Maybe he just needs to find his own independent way to restart, and then become supportive again. Was he on MFP or similar? This type of site is good for figuring out and breaking plateaus.
