You're looking great!

Both! I used to do all cardio. I love running and it's my way of relaxing. My body has changed more since I've started lifting weights, and I have a love/hate relationship with it.

I like to do my running in the morning. I feel like I put more effort into strength training when it's in the afternoon. Don't think it really matters as long as it works for you.

amazing!

You look amazing. I know exactly what you mean by needing to try on those old clothes to see the difference. I have an old pair of capris that were the only thing I could fit into for a while, and like to try them on to see the difference.

Yes you can! I signed up for a half right after a 5K when I knew I was serious about running. My longest run at that time was about 4 miles and had about 4 months to train.

I love this. I could barely run a quarter of a mile 9 months ago. I finished a half-marathon this past Sunday without stopping to walk once.

amazing! You look beautiful and so happy

Im a pear and my boobs and areas around my face shoulders just disappeared right away. This past month almost all the inches I lost were around my waist. All my fat now is on my thighs and butt. Sounds nice, but my butt is gigantic and not in the good way.

I'm in school full time and I work part time and have managed to lose over 60 pounds so far. I take advantage of some breaks I have between classes or I have about an hour in the morning right when my daughter gets on the bus. In the summer we took some small hikes and walks around parks and trails and she also loved it.…

I haven't really given up anything, but won't keep things like chips, wine, and soda.if I have chips in the house, I can't stop until the bag is gone and I noticed that even if I buy th 8 ounce cans of soda that won't kill my diet, I start to crave other foods. And wine, I drank way to much of it, and love the feeling of…

You posted pictures of your progress when I first signed up, and I thought I wanted to be like her. You're such an inspriation. Thank you and you look so amazing!

I wanted to run it, but im running the madison half marathon next weekend and didn't want to miss 2 weekends of work in a row. Good luck and have fun!

I've lost over 60 pounds and went from 18 in pants to currently a 10, and XL in shirts to M. I still see myself as huge. Whenever I pick up something at a store in a smaller size, I say there's no way I can wear that and go for the size 16s. Everytime.

Realistic goal: 8 pounds and 70 total lost wishful goal: 11 pounds (this would put me into the normal weight category)

Amazing transformation!

Im aiming for 135, then ill adjust it when I get there. Edited to add im 5'3.5

My butt. I thought I was destined to have a flat butt, but it seems to get bigger as the weight is coming off everywhere else, and I started to love squats.

When I have my early days I love oatmeal mixed with a tablespoon of almond butter and a bit of honey. Keeps me full until my morning snack. Days when I don't have class early and run around noon, I like to make a big brunch. Lately its been consisting of cheese, salmon, veggies, maybe eggs.

Try on a pair of pants that are the same size/brand/style you wore at 60 pounds heavier. We have almost the same stats but im 2 inches taller. Im a super pear, started at 213 and down about 60. Also started at a size 18 but now am a 10. There are some brands where im a 14 and my work pants at a size 7. Edited to ask have…
