My varicose veins seemed to get worse but I think that's more to do with having less body fat and being able to see the veins more.

Put your stats and weighloss goals into MFP. Eat at that goal for a few weeks with weighing and measuring all foods. If you're not losing weight then readjust your goals.

Vacation 2016 and 2017. About 40 pounds gone and roughly 15 until I re-evaluate goals.

Once in a while when it comes up, I'll talk about it but I don't broadcast it. There is one guy at work who's way into fitness and I'll mention something to him but again it's not on a regular basis. Most people can tell by now and will make comments but I'm doing this for me and my health.

I know you said no salads, but I've been adding hot sauce to my ceaser dressing and it completely changes it. This is me so much. I wouldn't say sickly, but I have bony shoulders, almost no boobs anymore, and a very thin high waist but still 12 pounds overweight. All of my extra weight sits on my lower stomach, hips, and thighs.

This. My daughter and I go on walks all the time. If I have full days off and nothing going on, we'll head to a state park and walk/hike, go to the pool and swim. I know my sisters kids loved when she turned Zumba videos on and would do them with her.

5'3.5 SW 195 CW 155 I'm a pear shape and it's becoming more defined as I lose weight. I'm down 40 pounds. I was in L/XL shirts depending on fit and now a M. Pants are a different story. Was in a 16 and barely a 12 now.

Another vote for daily using a trend app. I also like to weigh through the day for curiosity. Like yesterday, I had a crazy busy day and ate about 1/2 my calories before bed.

5'3.5. SW of 193 CW 160 GW of 128. I've been 145 before and looked good just a bit fluffy. I'm a smaller frame with large hips, so I have no idea what I'll look like at my goal. Maybe I'll lose more, maybe I'll maintain there.

When the excuses stop. I decided to start losing weight this past semester. I took 12 500 level credits, had a job, and am a mom. Just because there were times exercise wasn't going to happen, I still counted calories.
