Varicose veins / cellulites

Can varicose veins and cellulites be reduced with walking .. I am hitting 20000 steps most of the days and will start working soon. That will bring down the steps but I am thinking I can still manage 10000+ a day atleast. Will that help with cellulites and varicose ?

My varicose veins seemed to get worse but I think that's more to do with having less body fat and being able to see the veins more.

Nope. Both varicose veins and cellulite are mainly genetic and would require surgery (laser or otherwise) to remove. The appearance of cellulite can sometimes be diminished with a strength-based program.

Anything which increases circulation will help both, but you may need support stockings if the varicose veins are bad to reduce the effect of gravity. Celulitis is something that once you've had it, you are prone to it from then on. Make sure you moisturize well and be careful not to scratch your legs and feet.

I'm not sure but seems the OP is talking about cellulitis, not cellulite.

I had my varicose veins injected and they are pretty much gone (I'm 62). I had it done by a specialist and I wish I had started sooner. I began about 7 years ago, and go back for a touch up every 2 yrs now. As for cellulite, I swim and that seems to keep it under control.

Nothing you can do about them. I walk a lot too and don't carry much fat in my legs so in a way, walking has actually made it worse.
