My hip to waist ratio is .68 and I'm 5'3. I've lost inches around my hips, but it's not as noticeable as the rest of my body.
-
I started mid January. I didn't really add much exercise. I was in my last semester of school and took extra classes so I focused on counting calories.
-
I'm 5'3.5 with a starting weight of 193. I'm down to 165 and hoping to lose at least another 30. You all can add me, I can't do it from my phone.
-
I'm kind of worried about this too. I've never been below 145 so I don't know how I'll look. I'm 165 right now and lost so much weight on my shoulders chest and face compared to the rest of my body. At 25 pounds overweight I have bony shoulders already.

Measurements pictures and how clothes fit. I swear my hips and waist haven't changed a bit but they have. I have a pair of jeans that were too uncomfortable to wear because if how tight they are that now don't stay up without a belt.
-
5'3.5 I'd like to be at 128, but I'm very curvy all my weight sits at my hips and thighs. I'll see where I'm at whe I'm 140 and reassess every 5 pounds.
-
I've lost 28 pounds 15% and no one who doesn't know I'm losing weight hasn't said anything. To be honest, I've only it mentioned it when nutrition has been the topic. I still have about 30 more to go.

Not at all. I see the food so much it doesn't look appetizing. We do have competitions between the servers and free meals are often one of the prizes. I know which meal will fit into my calorie goal when I've got them.
-
You can add me if you like. Our stats are very similar. I started at 193 and am now down 25 pounds. My goal is around 130 but I've never been that weight so it's adjustable when I get closer.
-
Add me. Need people to keep me on track for the end of this semester.

I'm 5'3 and pear shape. Lost just over 20 pounds so far and I can see changes in my jaw line, shoulders, and chest. I don't see a difference in my hips and waist, but it's there. Jeans I couldn't wear because they were too uncomfortable fit my hips great and loose on my waist. My swim suit I bought that was tight now fits…

I try to eat about 75% of mine. I've heard calorie burn counts aren't totally accurate and if they arent, it's a little extra wiggle room if I can't weigh food for such occasions as eating out Consistency is key. Just keep at it and you'll do great.
-
Are you weighing everything to make sure it's 1200 calories? Are you eating exercise calories back? TOM and exercise can make your body retain water. 2.2 pounds a week may be too aggressive for your weight and height. I'm 5'3, 170 pounds and lose about 1 pounds a week. I actually drank this past weekend as well and I…

Yep, that's how it works. I have huge hips and being down 20 pounds only makes my jeans fit slightly better. I've lost noticeable weight around my jaw line and shoulders though!

Me! I lost and maintained 70+ pounds for a few years and then decided to go back to school. I've gained a lot of it back. I have a demanding schedule this semester but I've made time to go on a run at least twice a week and it actually makes school better.
-
Don't stress about it and focus on your goal for tomorrow. One day isn't going to hurt weightloss as long as you're consistent the rest. Also, why didn't you eat on Wednesday? Unless you were sick or something like that, eat!

Add me. Just started again just over a month ago

Could use some motivation and support!

Hey Kelsey! I'm hitting 30 this summer and I need a change in my life. Years ago I lost 70 pounds and was very active running half marathons. But I was at a dead end job and went back to school, and worked 2 jobs for quite a while to save for it. That along with some personal issues, I've gained 50 back. But i need to get…

I'm 5'4 and 165 so a bit more than you. Looking to be 150 by vacation in January (hoping for more but that's my goal) then 135 for my next birthday.
-
You all can add me. A lot of my friends became inactive. Then I went on a trip for a few weeks and people deleted me for being inactive and I seem to only get people who have 500+ to add me anymore.
-
Took time away from here for school and need more friends now.

It's hard. We have these amazing homemade chips I have to walk by no matter what I do in the kitchen. We go throw them so fast they're always warm and fresh!!! They got me but I got into the habit of only going into the kitchen when necessary(still a lot) or remind myself of goals when walking by them. We have yogurt handy…
-
You can add me. I 5'4 and started at 215. Made it down to 145, but now I'm back around 160. Ready to lose it again.
-
Me! I started at 215 and got down to 145. I let stress eating get in the way and I'm restarting at 160. Roughly 130 is my ultimate goal.
-
Yes, it's a lot harder than saying I'm ready. I'm in a good routine right now, which is something I haven't had for a while, so I feel more confident that I can do it.

Not a marine biologist, but my biology professor was a freshwater biologist, and I found it very interesting. Currently debating about grad school when I graduate next year. I've lost 60 and have about 20 more to go. Add me as a friend!
