Just done day 2 of level 3 and am finding it easier than level 2 although my shoulders are killing at the mo! I have had a break between level 2 and 3 for my hols although I have done 30 day shred before. My love is running but I like this to work my upper body too. Defo always see a difference in my arms and shoulders…

This is such a hard workout you should be proud. I am on day 6 and the soreness is just subsiding! I do find if im sore as I start working out it does start to subside asked you get into it. Goodluck xx

Am on day 6 of level 1 and although ive done shred in the past my arms and shoulders have only just got over press ups and the squats with the shoulder presses. I actuallu swear when I get to the end of the second lot!

Hi im five foot and weigh 155lbs, eek, my heaviest :( Been on and off this for amwhile now but just cant seem to find the motivation! Anyway todaynis a new day and I am going to try and take heed. Ive run 3 mile intervals this morning, had porridge with honey and a coffee!! Good luck all you shortladies xxx

I run about 4.5 miles each morning with my pooch. I just have a drink of water before I go and we share an apple when we get back x

Maybe try changing your breakfast, I find some foods just dont satisfy me till lunch. Maybe porridge or fruit and fibre. What kind of bread are you using for your toast? Maybe just try one slice of granary or a seeded loaf. Xxxx

Hi I'll request you in a sec. I'll be 38 this year yikes!! Ive done nothing but fill my face over xmas, and a little before! I gave the booze up for ten weeks in october and instead of loosing weight I gained half a stone. Anyway im 5' and will not be far away from 11 stone, gonna weigh myself shortly. Good luck xx
