Starting 30 Day Shred today!

My long term goal is to lose 50 pounds! In the morning I will be starting the 30 Day Shred, hoping for results! I will also be adding in walking my three dogs every day, plus 45 min to an hour of walking the track by my house (soccer field sized). Bought new runners to keep me motivated. These are my other goals:
-log food and exercise everyday
-drink min. 4 bottles of water
-7-9 hours of sleep (no more no less)
-20 minutes of strictly cleaning my house lol


Anyone care to join me on my 30 Day Shred? :)

    I can only dream of 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night ha! I have a bad case of insomnia at the moment! Good luck with shred, im on day 6 xx

    I got to day four, started feeling good about it and then woke up to a knee that hurts when I put all my weight on it. Shooting nasty pain right into my kneecap. So frustrating :( Must of been doing something wrong so after it gets better I shall be more diligent on my moves. Hopefully will only be down a few days! Good luck on your shred journey! Watch those knees!
