Sorry for my late reply. For some reason I guess I wasn't getting notifications of new posts. I did end up talking with my health coach. I was able to maintain my weight through the trip by having fun but thinking through choices. It felt like a happy medium, sustainable for the long haul.

I have tried this as well, but is it just me or are the estimated calories burned a little bloated? I would just suggest caution in eating those calories back unless your workout is quite intense.

I think I am reading that the headaches are somewhat new. If you have a history of headaches that start in the morning (not every morning, but often), you should also consider the possibility of sleep apnea. If they are new since changing your food habits, then feel free to turn this post into a paper airplane!
