  • I try to do a mile every evening M-F. Do not always get all five in because of the work thing. However, 3 years ago when I started i could swim 12 lengths of the pool. Months later my first mile was an hour and forty minutes. Now I am down to 36-40 minutes for my breaststroke mile.
