I know how you feel, 10 days a.go I admitted that sweets was ruling my life. So I have cut out all sweets (cake, cookies, pies and ice cream). But I have added more fruit into my day. My goal is to not crave sweets, but have a dessert once in a whole.... good luck

Restarted Saturday my goal is 50 lbs. And I want to do it before I turn 50 in December. I will do this the healthy way, and one day at a time. After I reach the 50 I may want to do 5 or more lbs. off, I will be at my high BMI.

Welcome to MFP. I have done WW lost 35 lbs. the first year. Then when it went to free fruit I started gaining. I love MFP. I have really done well with it the last 7 weeks. I wish you the best.
