Thursday....I did 10,000 + I'm a hairdresser so on Thursday, Friday and Saturday is very hard for me to get 10,000 steps. I did do 8,260 before 8am with walking yesterday, my shoe pedometer doesn't register on the sandals I wore to work yesterday, but I did walk extra every chance I got....

Good morning, Today is weigh in day for me.... I was down 2.2 lbs. I was so excited... I really watched my carbs. I only allowed myself 50 - 95 grams a day. It has really worked for me.
